Availability is shown in real time via my online calendar. I'll do my best to accommodate your request. ⏱️ Cancellations & Rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations after this time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. In the rare event I need to reschedule, I’ll offer you a choice of alternative times at no extra charge. 💳 Payment Terms Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. I accept payment via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Secure checkout is provided at time of booking. For invoice clients, payment is required within 14 days of the invoice date. 🛠️ Technical Requirements & Session Preparation I’ll be in touch ahead of time to confirm any goals, materials or logistics. While I'm happy to host virtual sessions on Teams or Zoom, you are welcome to use your organisation's platform instead. In this case, I'm happy to attend a short technical setup session to ensure everything is working smoothly.
